AVOID
BEST BUY
AND FUJITSU
Best
Buy and Fujitsu are
together
running a SCAM operation!!!
Several people who've purchased Fujitsu
computers from Best
Buy stores have reported
that they are unable to obtain any quality
customer service, tech support, or replacements
on defective parts - some of which the tech support
broke themselves.
And those few
"fortunate" customers
that are able to obtain replacements
if something is broken find that the new
parts are substandard, remanufactured,
or less than the components they purchased.
For example - one major reoccurring problem
that's becoming more and more widely known -
a hard drive goes bad in a system still under
warranty from Best Buy, Fujitsu, or both.
The customer takes it in. The tech support people
claim it is a virus, user error, a software glitch, or
some other phenomenon.
The latest software powered by McAfee
and Norton failed
to detect any viruses on the majority of these systems.
Why, you ask? Because they weren't infected with a virus
in the first place! This is a common LIE given out by
Best Buy and Fujitsu to "explain" why a system is having
hard drive errors - when in fact - it is the hardware that
needs to be replaced.
Once all these excuses have finally been disproven or
exhausted, Best Buy and Fujitsu have no choice but
to replace the hard drive. Except - the replacement
ends up being LESS CAPACITY than the original - without
the permission nor knowledge of the customer, at least
until after they get it back and take it home.
This is a scam - then Best Buy/Fujitsu simply refurbish
the original hard drive, of a higher capacity, and
resell it as new to customers.
The warranty is really just a piece of paper without any real teeth - or so Best
Buy and Fujitsu think. But they are actually in breach of contract and
violation of the law. Dishonest business practices such as these are what
made the two companies what they are today.
Boycott Best Buy at all costs and never purchase any
products made by Fujitsu - it is not only a rip-off, but a major scam - don't be
burned! Tell all your friends and relatives
and be sure to pass along the news to everyone you know.

to make Best Buy and Fujitsu act in good faith and to
honor their contractual agreements with the customers.
And remember:
JUST SAY NO!
